Got

Citi Simplicity MasterCard is

Discover it Card – 18 Month Promotional Balance Transfer is
a time-limited card offer. For new sign-ups who apply, you get 0%
introductory APR on balance transfers for 18 months. That means you can
have up to one and a half years to pay off your existing card debts at
ZERO interest with this Discover it Card – 18 Month Promotional Balance
Transfer! You still have to pay a balance transfer fee of 3% even though
